Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Slabs
If a traveler wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, the cancellation request must be sent in writing to info@makemytravls.com. The following deduction schedule applies:
| Notice Period Before Departure | Cancellation Fee / Deduction |
|---|---|
| 30 days or more prior to travel | 10% of total package amount (Administrative fee) |
| 15 to 29 days prior to travel | 25% of total package amount |
| 7 to 14 days prior to travel | 50% of total package amount |
| Less than 7 days / No Show | 100% of package cost (Non-refundable) |
2. Refund Processing Time
Eligible refund amounts are processed within 5 to 7 business working days directly to the original bank account or UPI ID used during the transaction.
3. Date Rescheduling Option
We understand plans can change unexpectedly. You can request a date reschedule up to 10 days before your tour date with minimal or zero hotel adjustment charges subject to seasonal room availability.
